- Cleansing- Foremost, your skin is thoroughly cleaned using cleansers to remove all makeup, excess oil, dirt and any other debris. Then, the expert would evaluate your skin and choose the right products at various stages.
- Exfoliation- This is the second stage in which an exfoliating scrubs, cream or gel is used to scour away all dead cells and other build-ups. Many use steam here as well to open the pores and facilitate better cleaning.
- Extractions- In case, the pores of your skin are still clogged with blackheads, whiteheads etc., they are extracted using a special metal tool to leave a clear skin.
- Massage- This is perhaps the most enjoyable part of the session. Using various therapeutic strokes; the blood flow and the circulation to the face is boosted.
- Masks- Finally, a custom mask or a facial mask based on your specific skin type is placed on your face and left for about fifteen to twenty minutes before being cleaned away thoroughly from the face.
