Generally, you have to be nude during a session with your body underneath a sheet or towel. The therapist uncovers only the part of body being worked on. If nudity gets you uncomfortable, you can keep your underwear on. You really need to show off majority of your skin. You don’t have to be shy, bear in mind that Therapists are very professional. Then, you lay face down with your head in a u-shaped face cradle to support your spine. The staff starts with your back by lubricating your skin with oils.
